Absolutely.
A Pregnancy Massage makes a beautiful gift for an expectant mother - whether for a baby shower, Mother’s Day, maternity leave gift or birthday.
Many mothers choose to enjoy a massage during the final weeks of pregnancy, when creating a sense of calm, rest and connection can feel particularly valuable as they prepare to meet their baby.
It is also a meaningful gift from a partner who wishes to honour and acknowledge the incredible physical and emotional journey of pregnancy, offering a rare opportunity for the mother herself to be nurtured, held and cared for.
Beautifully presented gift vouchers are available and can be sent directly to you or the recipient.

A Pregnancy Massage is suitable throughout pregnancy and is always adapted to your individual needs, symptoms and stage of pregnancy.
From the earliest weeks through to the final days before meeting your baby, each experience is designed to support both body and nervous system through this season of change.
Many mothers particularly enjoy a massage during the final weeks of pregnancy, as feelings of safety, relaxation and connection are considered some of the most supportive foundations from which to approach labour and birth.
If you book a massage close to your due date and you need to rearrange it due to your baby arriving earlier than expected, you can always rearrange and swop it for a Postnatal Massage instead.

Most mothers can enjoy a Pregnancy Massage without needing specific approval.
However, if you have a high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy complications, or have been advised to avoid certain activities or treatments, please contact me before booking so we can discuss whether any adaptations may be needed.
Many midwives are highly supportive of the work I do, and over the years I have been fortunate to receive referrals and recommendations from midwives who recognise the value of supporting both body and nervous system throughout pregnancy.
Your safety and comfort are always my priority.
